Hello, lovely people!
So, recently I’ve really gotten into cooking and baking like I never have before. I’ve never been one to make anything from scratch, but the idea is becoming more and more like something I’d enjoy. The other day, I tried a recipe for Vegan Garlic & Herb Pretzels. Not because I’m vegan, but because I liked the thought of beginning my cooking career from an easier recipe😂
Long story short, they turned out alright but nothing like I was expecting them too. It gave me an itch, though, to continue baking and trying new recipes, and I’d love to take you all on that journey with me!
As I was cruising through my ‘Yeah, I’d Eat That’ pinterest board, I found a recipe for Snickerdoodle Blondies on My Own Sweet Thyme that I had all the ingredients for and-as a lover of all things cinnamon sugar- I had to try it out!
After going through three cabinets, I got all my ingredients out and ready.
Next, combining them in the mixer…
Into the pan…
And out the oven!
Do those not look heavenly??
After I and a few family friends tried them, it was decided that these brownies are amazing! By putting the snickerdoodles in brownie form, you no longer have to worry about having hard cookies whenever you want to indulge in some cinnamon sugar goodness!
On a scale of 1 to 10, these were definitely a 9 and I’ll be making these again for many occasions to come!
