Hello, lovely people!

Working out can be a hard thing to do when all you want is to lay in bed all day! But working out is so good for you that not doing it is so far from being a healthy option. To help combat my intense desire to just watch Netflix all day, I’ve come up with one thing that always motivates me to get out of bed and burning calories…

JUST WALK!

Spring is here, and that means there is beautiful weather outside too! You don’t have to go for an invigorating sprint or run until your legs fall off, just walk. Whenever you feel yourself sitting and doing nothing for a long time, put some shoes on and go outside. Studies show that 40 minutes of brisk walking burns the same amount of calories as 20 minutes of jogging, so get out there and walk!
